YS Net Studio Visit by Koch Media with Blurry Dev Screenshot | Photos

Olivier Comte, the CEO of the French subsidiary of Koch Media, yesterday paid a visit to Yu Suzuki and the development team in Tokyo and has posted up some photos on his Twitter account.

Koch Media is the parent company to publishing label Deep Silver, recently announced as the international publisher for Shenmue III at the recent Gamescom event.

Olivier also shared a photo of the studio showing the development team at work.

The caption of this photo reads: "Visit of the #Shenmue3 team & studio. Very impressed by what I see. Clearly the game is going to be great!" (translation from French thanks to ShenmueForever).

In the background of a photo is an intriguing (but extremely blurry) image on a developer's monitor. Time for some zooming and squinting...

As best I can make out, it appears to show Ryo in his jacket at the right with a dark-haired character we may not have seen before.

The second character (probably male?) stands in the doorway to a building wearing what looks like a purple-sleeved white T-shirt, with his left arm extended out to the side -  though not completely horizontally as with a T-pose.

Other ideas welcome!

Olivier also tweeted out this view of Tokyo. It can be recognized as the area of Shiodome (thanks to Viktor for the identification via Facebook!)
